For Groups Arriving by Bus... Upon arrival, the bus pulls into the first drive West of the Doughbox Bakery. Please proceed through the parking lot to the Welcome Center. The adult leader leaves all students and other chaperones seated on the bus while they enter the Welcome Center. If the chaperones are driving separately, they should board the bus for instructions.Arrival Procedures...

Leader(s) with completed Group Registration Form and admission money in ONE check enter the Welcome Center and settle all financial matters. Meanwhile... B.
Someone from our staff will get on the bus to welcome the group and to clarify the day's activities. Your supervising adults should all have been given a copy of the guideline sheet before arrival. They will also receive stickers identifying themselves as supervising adults. C.
After their welcome, students will unload from the bus with their lunches. All lunches may be stored in the lunch room until your assigned lunchtime. As soon as the supervised groups are unloaded, they may proceed through the entrance doors and begin their tour. D.
The Bus Driver(s) will move the bus(es) to the bus parking lot (east of Sauder Heritage Inn). For Groups Arriving by Cars...
