Fiddle Contest

Enjoy an afternoon of toe-tapping music as fiddlers from the tri-state region gather to compete at Sauder Village. Seats will be filling by 12:30 as the opening band takes the stage followed by the toe-tapping fiddle competition with fiddlers competing in one of three categories – student, open and senior. Each contestant will have five minutes to perform a hoedown and a waltz using old time style and techniques. Fiddlers will also perform around the Historic Village from 10:00 – 11:30 a.m.. The Bridge County Bluegrass Band will perform from 12:30-1:00 p.m.. and again after the Fiddle Contest.  To learn more visit:
