The Melinda Jo class is designed specifically for the beginning quilt maker. Jan will spend the day teaching you the basics of making your first quilt so that it is accurately cut, pressed and sewn. Prior to this class, students must take the Rotary Cutting 101 Class and must also have an understanding of how their personal sewing machine works and how to use it. Kits in a variety of color ways and styles are available at Threads of Tradition. Students must purchase a kit from the shop so that staff knows students will be working with quality quilting fabric.
