Quilter's Retreat

Join us in the beautiful, spacious Sauder Heritage Inn to complete your quilting projects and connect with other quilters. 

 

The retreat starts at 10 a.m. on Tuesday and ends at 4 p.m. on Thursday. 


COME RELAX & SEW TO YOUR HEART'S CONTENT.

Just look at all we have planned...

  • Three days at a spacious, beautiful setting to finish your UFO's!
  • Six foot table for each quilter
  • Buffet Dinners at the Barn Restaurant on Tuesday & Wednesday evenings
  • Optional boxed lunch on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 
  • Use of pool, hot tub, exercise and game rooms for registered Inn guests

Bring your quilting friends and let us take care of all the details. Registration fee of $140 for non-members ($128 for members of Sauder Village) includes: six foot table space with chair, power cords to each table, shared ironing boards and irons, and two meals.

  • We make every effort to honor seating location requests, but please understand that requests are not guaranteed.

Event Overview & Information

The Sauder Village October Weekday Quilter's Retreat is a great time to bring your friends and enjoy three days in the beautiful and spacious Sauder Heritage Inn. The retreat offers the opportunity to work on projects, try your hand at new techniques and dine at the delicious Barn Restaurant with other quilting enthusiasts.

Hotel Reservation Information

You are responsible for reserving your own hotel room, available at group rates at the Sauder Heritage Inn. To receive this rate, you will need to reference the booking ID you will receive after registering. Expanded continental breakfasts are included in your hotel package. For room reservations call the Inn at 419.445.6408.

Retreat Registration 
 Cancellation Policy 

If it becomes necessary for a retreat participant to cancel a registration, cancellations may be done up until 30 days prior to the event.  Sauder Village will retain 10% of the registration fee and the participant will receive a 90% refund.  Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled event are not eligible for refund.  Retreat registrations are non-transferrable.
