Quilter's Retreat 2023 Registration

Registration online can be done by following indicated links/ burgundy buttons below. Registration began on Wednesday, August 30 at 10 a.m. EST.

We are using a new system for online forms - the Retreat registration form will be a separate form from the Thursday Night Quilting Form and the Boxed Lunches Registration Form. There is also new user registration which allows for your information to pre-fill forms after you sign-in. Once signed in, each added product will be connected to the same shopping cart

November Quilter's Retreat - 20233-Days, November 3-5, Fri. - Sun., $140 ($128 Sauder Village Member)
Includes: retreat, 6-foot table space, buffet dinner on Friday & Saturday, Use of pool, hot tub, exercise and game rooms

Hotel Reservation Information
You are responsible for your own hotel room, available at a special group rate at the Sauder Heritage Inn. To receive this rate, you will need to reference the Booking ID# you will receive on your registration acknowledgement letter. For room reservations call the Inn at 800-590-9755, ext 3001 or use the link provided in your acknowledgement email to book online.

Cancellation Policy

If it becomes necessary for a retreat participant to cancel a registration, cancellations may be done up until 30 days prior to the event. Sauder Village will retain 10% of the registration fee and the participant will receive a 90% refund. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled event are not eligible for refund. Retreat registrations are non-transferrable.
