Sauder Village Quilter's Retreat

Join us in the beautiful, spacious Sauder Heritage Inn to complete your quilting  projects and connect with other quilters. 

The retreat starts at 10 a.m. on Friday and ends at 4 p.m. on Sunday. You may also choose to get a jump-start on the retreat by joining us Thursday evening at 4:00 pm (additional $25 fee required.)

  • Three days at a spacious, beautiful setting to finish your UFO's!
  • Optional add-on Quilting Thursday night, October 3 (for retreaters only)
  • Six foot table for each quilter
  • Buffet dinner on Friday & Saturday evenings
  • Optional boxed lunch on Friday, Saturday & Sunday
  • After hours shopping at the Threads of Tradition Quilt Shop
  • Use of pool, hot tub, exercise and game rooms for registered Inn guests

Bring your quilting friends and let us take care of all the details. Registration fee of $140 per person ($128 for members of Sauder Village) includes: six foot table space with chair, power cords to each table, shared ironing boards and irons, and two meals.

The Sauder Village October Weekend Quilter's Retreat is a great time to bring your friends and enjoy two or three days in the beautiful and spacious Sauder Heritage Inn. The retreat offers the opportunity to work on projects, try your hand at new techniques and dine at the delicious Barn Restaurant with other quilting enthusiasts.

Hotel Reservation Information

You are responsible for reserving your own hotel room, available at group rates at the Sauder Heritage Inn. To receive this rate, you will need to reference the booking ID you will receive after registering. Expanded continental breakfasts are included in your hotel package. Retreat Registration 
 Cancellation Policy 

If it becomes necessary for a retreat participant to cancel a registration, cancellations may be done up until 30 days prior to the event.  Sauder Village will retain 10% of the registration fee and the participant will receive a 90% refund.  Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled event are not eligible for refund.  Retreat registrations are non-transferrable.
