What to expect...
Rug Hooking enthusiasts like yourself, will gather in the spacious and well-lit Homestead meeting room at the Sauder Heritage Inn, where you can spread out your work, have fun catching up with friends, be encouraged, delighted, and productive.
Meals
Healthy, refreshing lunch and dinner each day are served in your retreat room & included in your retreat fee.
Options
Choose either a 2 - 3-day retreat package with an optional early hook-in on Thursday evening for a minimal additional fee.
What’s included?
Your retreat fee includes all meals, snacks and artisan made daily door prizes.
What to bring?
Be sure to bring all supplies needed to hook including a cutter, wool, tools, pattern, frame, etc.
Lodging
A block of rooms is reserved offering a special discounted rate for retreat attendees. A Group Reservation ID# is required at the time of reservation. The ID# will be listed in your registration confirmation email. Once you receive your confirmation, call the Heritage Inn at 800-590-9755 to reserve your room. The Inn offers an expanded continental breakfast each morning for registered guests.

Optional Thursday Night Hook-In - Includes early access to the retreat room starting at 4 p.m. Additional $20 fee.

Cancellation Policy
In the event you need to cancel your registration, please contact Deb Ridgway as soon as possible by phone at (419) 446-2541, ext. 3076 or by email at Deb.Ridgway@saudervillage.org .
Refund Policy:
All cancellations made prior to thirty (30) days from the start of the retreat shall receive a refund of your registration minus a 10% processing fee.
No refunds will be given after thirty days from the start of the retreat or for no shows. Please note: if you register for a retreat within the thirty-day window and then cancel, you will not receive a refund.
The refund policy is in place to support and honor our instructors and staff of our nonprofit who invest time and resources in preparing for classes and events. We understand that extreme circumstances do happen. In the case, please contact us to discuss options.
Minimum Enrollment and Inclement Weather
Sauder Village reserves the right to cancel the retreat if minimum enrollment has not been met or int he case of inclement weather. In cases where Sauder Village cancels the retreat, you will be notified as soon as we make that decision and will issue you a full refund.
