Quilt Show 2023

Join us for the 46th Annual Quilt Show - May 3 – 6, 2023

Celebrate the rich tradition of quilting at northwest Ohio’s premiere quilting event! With more than 400 quilts on display, this annual Quilt Show is always a new kaleidoscope of color and creativity! Quilts will be on full-length display in categories ranging from pieced, appliqué and mixed media to contemporary art, masters, baby and miniatures. Live demonstrations of quilting, Schoolhouse full-day workshop available (pre-registration required) and hand quilting is taught. The quilts ribbons are awarded by judges of the National Association of Certified Quilt Judges. The show will be open Wednesday, May 3 - Saturday. May 6, 10 am - 5 pm. 

Christa Watson will be teaching the workshops and the Bernina Stitchin' Post will be on-site for servicing sewing machines.

Rug Hooking Week 2023

Join us August 15-19 for the 27th Anniversary - Rug Hooking Week 2023

Recognized as one of the best exhibits of traditional hooked rugs in the country, the 2022 Sauder Village Rug Hooking event promises to be the best ever! Highlights include hundreds of rugs on display, featured guest teachers, rug hooking demonstrations, classes and exceptional vendor booths. Rug Hooking Week Retreats begin on the 15th and on the 16th begins the Rug Hooking Week Exhibit along with vendor booths for shopping at Founder's Hall and Workshops start on the 16th.

Fall on the Farm Week 2023

Join us October 11 - 14, 2023

From churning butter, playing old-fashioned games and pumpkin decorating to creating leaf art and helping with fall planting... Fall on the Farm promises to be a wonderful day for families to create special memories at Sauder Village!

Woodcarver’s Show & Sale 2023

Join us October 27 & 28 for Woodcarver's Show & Sale 2023

The annual Woodcarver’s Show & Sale is a special weekend filled with unique artistry and family fun. Founder’s Hall will feature skilled carver showcasing handcrafted wildlife, fish, caricatures, pins and pens. A. special guest carver will be demonstrating and teaching a workshop. There will be vendor tables with carving supplies and woodcarving demonstrations.
