Special Exhibits

Three special collections:
Twisted: Modern Quilts with a Vintage Twist

by Mary Kerr

Twisted is an exciting new exhibit that focuses on the incorporation of unfinished vintage textiles into a modern quilt aesthetic. Scraps of vintage blocks and top fragments have been recycled to create new innovative quilts. These pieces begged to be offered a second chance and they now serve as a bridge between the vintage past and the modern future

The result is an impressive collection of collaborative pieces that we are thrilled to share with you.

Hoffman Challenge
For nearly 30 years, the Hoffman Challenge has been accepting entries and putting the winners on the road for a year as exhibits for quilt guilds, textile shows, shops, museums and libraries.

Our 2018 show will feature forty quilts from the Mastery collection.

Teacher's Showcase
Quilts by both Edyta Sitar and Kimberly Einmo will be on display in Founder’s Hall for the entire week of quilt show.
