Quilt Drop-off: All quilt entries must be delivered to Founder’s Hall on Sunday, May 1st or mailed in advance according to our guidelines found at Advanced Shipping.
Quilt Drop-off Schedule: This year, plan to drop off your quilts using the schedule below. All quilts must be pre-registered. To determine your assigned time for quilt drop-off, use the schedule below based on your last name. For example, if your last name is “Smith” you should plan to arrive between 3:00 – 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 1st.
Sunday, May 1, 2022 – Drop-off time assigned alphabetically by last name:
A-H, 1:00 – 2:00 p.m.
I-M, 2:00 – 3:00 p.m.
N-Z, 3:00 – 4:00 p.m.
Claim Tickets: will be issued for each pre-registered quilt. Claim tickets must be presented at Quilt Pick-Up. DO NOT LOSE your claim tickets!
Advanced Shipped Quilts: Can’t make the drop-off date or live out of state? Quilts may be shipped in advanced by following our guidelines found at Advanced Shipping. Advanced shipped quilts must be received by April 27, 2022.
Quilt Pick-up: Quilts will be available to pick-up after 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 7th at Founder’s Hall. You MUST present the claim tickets for each quilt to our staff at the time of pick-up. A limited number of quilters will be admitted in at a time to pick up their quilt. Social distancing guidelines are encouraged.
If someone else is picking up your quilts, they must have your claim tickets so they can check-out your quilts on your behalf.
Alternate Date Quilt Pick-up: Not able to pick-up your quilts on Saturday, May 7th? Please contact deb.ridgway@saudervillage.org or by calling (419) 446-2541, ext 3076 to schedule an alternate pick-up appointment for Monday, May 9th.
Group Drop-off/Pick-up: Have a guild or group of friends that have entered quilts for the exhibit? Please coordinate with your group and designate one point of contact. Please contact deb.ridgway@saudervillage.org or by calling (419) 446-2541, ext 3076 to make special arrangements.
