Quilt Drop-off: All quilt entries must be delivered to Founder’s Hall on Sunday, April 28 or mailed in advance according to our guidelines found at Advanced Shipping.
Quilt Drop-off Schedule: All quilts must be pre-registered online. To determine your assigned time for quilt drop-off, use the schedule below based on your last name. For example, if your last name is “Smith,” you should plan to arrive between 2:30 – 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 28.
Sunday, April 28, 2024 – Drop-off time assigned alphabetically by last name:
A-L, 1:00 – 2:30 p.m.
M-Z, 2:30 – 4:00 p.m.
Claim Tickets: Claim tickets are issued for each pre-registered quilt. Claim tickets must be presented at Quilt Pick-Up. DO NOT LOSE your claim tickets!
Advanced Shipped Quilts: Can’t make the drop-off date or live out of state? Quilts may be shipped in advanced by following our guidelines found at Advanced Shipping. Advanced shipped quilts must be received by Friday, April 26, 2024.
Quilt Pick-up: Quilts will be available to pick-up after 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 4 at Founder’s Hall. You MUST present the claim tickets for each quilt to our staff at the time of pick-up. If someone else is picking up your quilts, they must have your claim tickets so they can check-out your quilts on your behalf.
Alternate Date Quilt Pick-up: If you are not able to pick-up your quilts on Saturday, May 4, please contact autumn.owens@saudervillage.org or call (419) 446-2541, ext 3130 to schedule an alternate pick-up appointment for Monday, May 6.
Group Drop-off/Pick-up: Have a guild or group of friends that have entered quilts for the exhibit? Please coordinate with your group and designate one point of contact. Contact autumn.owens@saudervillage.org or call (419) 446-2541, ext 3130 to make special arrangements.
