Gallery Talk – Learn more about a Featured Exhibits. (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 6:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.- registration required ) Founder’s Hall – Exhibit Hall.

Demonstrations – If you are new to rug hooking, rug hookers will be on hand demonstrating, answering questions, and giving you a chance to try it yourself. (Wed-Sat 10:00-5:00) Founder’s Hall – Exhibit Hall.

Hook-In & Round Table – Everyone welcome to come & hook (Friday 6:30 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.). The Round Table starts at about 7pm. It is an open forum to discuss rug hooking & textile art topics & ask questions. Heritage Inn – Homestead B. See above for more details.

Private Preview – of the exhibit & vendors; this is only for the Retreat Students & teachers, Workshop Students, as well as the Featured & Special exhibitors & Celebrations finalists & honorable mentions. (Tuesday 6:00 p.m.- 8:00 p.m.) Founder’s Hall.

Reception – Private reception for all teachers, vendors, feature & special exhibitors. (Thursday, 7:00 p.m.) Heritage Inn – Founder’s Suite #119.

Show & Tell – Everyone welcome to come & see the rugs that students have been working on in class. (Thursday, 4:00 p.m.- 5 p.m.) Heritage Inn – Atrium.
