This Registration is 2 STEPS - Step 1: contact information form below, Step 2: entry form shows after submitting this form.

  • The Rug Registration Form will allow you to select the category that best fits your rug and carefully type in your information, some of which will be used on the exhibit description cards.
  • The deadline for rug registration is July 31, 2020, at 12 noon EST. If the exhibit is full earlier than July 31, 2020, the status will be noted here.  For those entering Group Exhibits, please note that your group coordinator must follow the instructions by the deadline and receive confirmation, before any Group Exhibit rugs may be registered.
  • All pre-registered rug exhibitors will receive complimentary admission to the Rug Hooking Week - Exhibit & Vendors plus Historic Sauder Village from Wednesday through Saturday.

Filing your signed registration signifies agreement with the exhibit guidelines and allows Sauder Village the right to photograph this entry for publicity, education and/or promotional purposes in either print or electronic media.
