Buffet Luncheon – A lunch option for Retreat & Workshop students, pre-registration required. 12 p.m. - 1:00 p.m., Heritage Inn, Atrium. Register here. Other options are Village Café & Barn Restaurant.

Demonstrations – If you are new to rug hooking, demonstrators will be available to show you techniques and answer questions. You will also have the opportunity to try it yourself. (Wed-Sat 10:00-5:00) Founder’s Hall – Exhibit Hall.

Gallery Talks – Learn more about Feature, Special, Celebration, Group or other exhibits from the curators and/or authorities in the field. (Mornings and Evenings) Founder’s Hall – Exhibit Hall.

Hook-In & Pop Up Exhibit– Everyone welcome (Friday 6:30 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.) New location ----Heritage Inn – Atrium. (see Pop-Up Exhibit below.)

Meet the Author & Book Signing– Meet the authors of rug hooking & fiber art books & publications, dye books, etc., Founder’s Hall.* 

Photo Time – For Celebration 30+31/Feature/Special Exhibitors and Sauder/People’s Choice Award Winners, this is an opportunity for us to take your photo with your piece/rug. Meet us at the RHW Info Table in Founder’s Hall at 4:30 p.m.

POP-UP Exhibit --- Everyone invited to participate. Pop-Up Exhibit will be held during the Hook-In (Friday 6:30 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.) Heritage Inn – Atrium. Exhibit Focus: Current Events (like: COVID-19, BLM, etc.) & any work not exhibited in the Main Exhibit. Please DO NOT REGISTER your Pop-Up Exhibit pieces/rugs --- blank Exhibit Cards will be available that night. Fill out the Exhibit Cards to share info on your piece/rug. Exhibit pieces will be displayed on the Atrium perimeter, similar to Show & Tell.

Private Preview + Reception – Private Preview of the exhibit & vendors + Reception for both the 30th + 31st Anniversary of Rug Hooking Magazine’s Celebration of Hand-Hooked Rugs & the 25th Anniversary of Rug Hooking Week. (Tue 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.) Founder’s Hall & TBA. This event is ONLY for the Retreat and Workshop students & teachers, as well as the Feature & Special exhibitors, Celebrations 30 + 31 finalists & honorable mentions.  

Retreat Reception & Meal – A buffet meal at the Barn Restaurant is included with the paid registration of Retreat students. (Monday 5:30pm – 7:00pm) Retreat teachers are also asked to attend. A short welcome will be followed by the introduction of retreat teachers. Retreat information will be provided & questions answered. 

Reception for all Teachers, Vendors, Feature & Special Exhibitors – A casual gathering for teachers, vendors, Feature & Special Exhibitors to meet & enjoy a refreshment. --- To celebrate our 25th Anniversary – this reception includes Teachers, Vendors, Feature & Special Exhibitors from all 25 YEARS --- Thursday – 7 p.m. Heritage Inn – Atrium.

Show & Tell – Everyone welcome to come & see the projects that Retreat & Workshop students have been working on in class. (Thu, 3:30 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.) Heritage Inn – Atrium.
