Rug Hooking Week Retreats, taught by outstanding teachers from across the United States, are held in the ideal setting – Sauder Heritage Inn. During Rug Hooking Week, you will:
- be inspired by the extensive exhibits,
- expand your knowledge & skills in diverse classes,
- shop for supplies & merchandise from unique vendors,
- meet up with old friends and make new ones, and
- simply relax & have fun in scenic northwest Ohio.
With all venues being located on the Sauder Village campus; it is a short walk from retreats to the historic village and its traditional craft shops, the rug exhibit and vendors in Founder’s Hall, the Barn Restaurant and the Doughbox Bakery. These are just a few reasons why so many rug hookers and fiber artists come back year after year, from around the globe, to participate in Rug Hooking Week!
