  • Pre-registered rugs and exhibit pieces must be brought to Founder’s Hall for drop-off on Monday, August 12, 2024, between 1:00-5:00 p.m.
  • A claim ticket will be issued for each piece. This ticket serves as owner identification and MUST be presented at pick-up on Saturday, August 19 in order to pick up the rug/exhibit piece.
  • Each exhibit piece MUST be clearly labeled on the back with the: name of the maker of the piece, city & state of residence, & title of piece. See image of tag below for example. (If the owner of the piece is not the maker, the owner's name, city & state must be on the label too.)

  • Do not bring hanging rods or hardware with your rugs.
  • New Policy: Framed/Extremely Large or heavy/bulky Works
    • Starting in 2024, any exhibit entry that is framed, extremely large, heavy, and/or bulky no matter the category, must be reviewed by staff, prior to exhibit registration, to ensure we can accommodate & plan for the appropriate display of your piece. Prior to registering your piece for exhibition, you will be required to submit, via email, photos of the finished piece, exact measurements, type of hanger (wire hanger preferred), as well as the total weight. If staff determines your work can be suitably displayed for the show, you will be contacted with further instructions.
  • You will need to take all wrappings and carry bags with you after your exhibit piece(s) are checked in.
  • Guilds and groups are encouraged to designate a representative(s) to bring your group’s pieces for their Group Exhibit. Have each piece grouped by the makers name to ensure a smooth check-in process.

In Person pick-up of Exhibit pieces
(Saturday, August 17):

  • Once the show closes at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 17, exhibit pieces will be taken down and organized by a trained crew of volunteers. When completed the exhibit hall will reopen (approximately by 5:45/6:00 p.m.). NO EXHIBIT PIECES MAY BE TAKEN DOWN FROM THE SHOW BEFORE CLOSING ON SATURDAY, AUGUST 17.
  • The claim ticket issued at drop-off MUST be presented at pick-up in order to claim the entry pieces. If someone other than the owner is picking up the rug, they must have the claim ticket so that they can check out the rug on the owner’s behalf.

Can’t drop-off exhibit pieces in person? Consider shipping them in advance of the show.
