 Kit fee includes hand crafted 6”x14” frame, covered with hand woven fabric. All wools and fibers are hand dyed. (Some color options will be available.)

Description:  

Join me to make a unique, contemporary, dimensional piece of artwork. All the techniques being taught can be incorporated into any future hooking projects you may have. Pleating, couching and standing wool (quillies) will be made and attached to the free standing frame. Once completed it can be hung on the wall or set on a shelf. A complete kit will be provided with some color choices made available to personalize your piece.

Bio: 

Ali has been teaching fiber art nationally and internationally since 1986. Her business, Ali Strebel Designs, is located in Tipp City, Ohio; where she sells the extensive line of books and patterns she has published as well as hand dyed wool, yarn, roving and other fiber art supplies. She has also developed a line of fiber and fiber art inspired jewelry.

Beside her own books, Ali’s work has been featured in Rug Hooking Magazine’s Designs for Primitive Hookers, The Wool Street Journal, and numerous other publications.
