2023 Woodcarver’s Show & Sale

Sauder Village hosts the Midwest’s premier showcase for wood artisans. Woodcarving, woodturning, and woodworking are spotlighted at this annual event.

Join us in Founder’s Hall for live demonstrations, unique shopping, and take in the beauty of our exhibitor’s fine work.

Exhibitors
Wood artisans exhibit their handcrafted work for your viewing pleasure. Caricatures, chip carvings, relief carvings, fine art pieces carved from found logs, carousel animals, and intricately carved boxes are just a few of the pieces that will be on display as part of the juried exhibit.

Vendors
A variety of woodworkers, woodturners, and woodcarvers are specially selected for their one-of-a-kind works of art. You won’t be disappointed with what they have to offer. Additionally, wood and carving suppliers offer a wide variety of supplies, patterns, and tools for the beginner to the advanced student.

Demonstrations
Friday and Saturday demonstrations from skilled artisans at 1pm, 2 pm, and 3 pm.

Annual Awards – Follow this to last year's winners: Woodcarver's Show Awards 2022. Cash prizes & special awards are given each year, determined by a panel of judges.

The Awards Banquet will be held October 27^th at 6 pm for exhibitors and vendors only. The sponsor for this event is King Lumber.
