32^nd Annual Woodcarver’s Show & Sale

The Sauder Village Woodcarver’s Show & Sale is a special weekend filled with unique artistry and family fun. Founder’s Hall will feature skilled carvers showcasing handcrafted wildlife, fish, birds, caricatures, bowls, plaques, ornaments, pens and so much more. Special guest artists Leah Goddard and Chris Howard will be demonstrating and teaching workshops. The show features vendor tables with carving supplies, woodcarving demonstrations and lively music by Wes Linenkugal.

Awards are given to exhibitors for the following categories: Sauder Award - Best of Show, Specialty Award, Award of Excellence, People's Choice, Carver's Choice and Merit Awards.

On Saturday in the Historic Village, there will be the Explore the Crafts event for more inspiration and fun.

Show & Sale - Dates, Hours & Location

Saturday, October 27, 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Sunday, October 28, 11:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

The Woodcarver's Show & Sale is located in Founder's Hall at Sauder Village for the general public.
Workshops - Dates, Hours & Location

Wednesday- Friday October 24-26, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. each day

Workshops are located in meeting rooms at the Sauder Heritage Inn within Sauder Village. Registration is required.

Admission:

Tickets into the Woodcarver’s Show & Sale and entire Historic Village... Adults - $17.00, Students (6-16) - $11.00 (Senior, Military and AAA discounts apply
Tickets into only the Woodcarver’s Show & Sale - $8.00 (Must be purchased in Founder's Hall where exhibit is located.)

Sauder Village Members receive FREE admission to the Woodcarver’s Show & Sale and entire Historic Village.

Registration:

Workshop and Banquet Awards and Dinner Lecture inquires and registration can be done online through our secure website and are processed in the order that they are received.
