We’re always looking for new, talented individuals to join our annual Woodcarver's Show. Don’t miss this opportunity to display your craftsmanship at our 38th annual event!
This is a juried show. Entering the jury process does not constitute acceptance into the show.
HOW TO APPLY AS AN EXHIBITOR
Exhibitors display their handicraft in carving, turning, burning, or woodworking. Exhibitors must commit to both days of the show. Submit photos of your work or table display to autumn.owens@saudervillage.org. If you pass the initial jury process, you will receive an application and instructions on how to remit payment. Exhibitor tables are $40 each with an additional $5 charge for electricity.
HOW TO APPLY AS A VENDOR
Vendors may sell their handcrafted pieces or products related to woodcarving, such as tools or instructional books. Vendors must commit to both days of the show. Due to competition from our own resident woodworking facility, Tiffin River Woodworking Shop, we typically do not accept vendors who primarily make wooden toys or marble runs. Submit your business website or photos to autumn.owens@saudervillage.org. If you pass the initial jury process, you will receive an application and instructions on how to remit payment. Vendor tables are $50 each with an additional $5 charge for electricity.

ANNUAL AWARDS BANQUET
Every year, we invite our exhibitors and vendors to an exclusive awards banquet on Saturday night to network, socialize, and highlight prize-winning pieces from the show. Tickets to the awards banquet are $30 each, which includes a plated meal. If you are accepted into the show, you can sign up for the awards banquet on the application form.
