Wiggly Worms

Worms play a vital role in creating healthy soil. The tunnels they create help increase the air and water that gets into the soil. They break down organic matter, like leaves and grass into nutrients that plants can use. When they eat, they leave behind castings that are a very valuable fertilizer. Today we’d like to share this amazing video of some wiggly worms tunneling through the soil.

Wiggly Worm Obstacle Course
Here’s a chance for you to wiggle like a worm! Create an obstacle course using boxes, pillows, cones, and even the furniture. You will complete the obstacle course by wiggling on your bellies around the course you created! Sauder Village would love to see you in action as you wiggle like a worm in and around your obstacle course!
