Fall Weekend Quilt Retreat

Description

Get ready for a weekend of community, creativity and connection during our Fall Weekend retreat.  This is the perfect time to complete your projects and connect with other quilters.  The retreat starts at 4:00 pm on Thursday October 8 and ends at 4 p.m. on Sunday October 11.  

Just look at all we have planned…

• Three and a half days in the gorgeous Sauder Heritage Inn (recently named Ohio’s Unique Property of the Year) to start a new project or finish your UFO’s!
• 6 foot table for each quilter
• Ironing and Cutting Stations
• New:  Your retreat includes 5 meals: Lunches will be catered by Willow Lane Kitchens on Friday, Saturday and Sunday at 12:00 noon along with Saturday night dinner. Friday night dinner buffet is at the Barn Restaurant.
• After hours shopping at the Quilt Shop
• Attendees receive an additional 10% regular priced merchandise at the Quilt Shop. Purchase over $75 to be entered into a drawing for Sauder Village gift certificates.

Each person must register individually.

You are responsible for reserving your own hotel room, available at group rates at the Sauder Heritage Inn. To receive this rate, you will need to reference the booking number you will receive after registering. Expanded continental breakfasts are included in your hotel package. For room reservations call the Inn at 419.445.6408.

Cancellation/Refund Policy
All cancellations made prior to thirty (30) days from the start of the retreat shall receive a refund of your registration minus a 10% processing fee.

No refunds will be given after thirty days from the start of the retreat or for no shows. Please note: if you register for a retreat within the thirty-day window and then cancel, you will not receive a refund.

The refund policy is in place to support and honor our staff of our nonprofit who invest time and resources in preparing for classes and events. We understand that extreme circumstances do happen. In the case, please contact us to discuss options.

Minimum Enrollment and Inclement Weather Policy

Sauder Village reserves the right to cancel the retreat if the minimum enrollment has not been met or in case of inclement weather. If this happens, Sauder Village will notify you as soon as we have made that decision and you will be issued a full refund.

Cost is $180 or $160 if you are a Sauder Village member.

Registration deadline is Monday September 28 at 12:00 noon.
