Registration online for retreat classes or workshops is no longer available.
Rug Hooking Week has begun! There are a few openings in limited classes - retreats or workshops or gallery talks. Go to the Information Desk at Founder’s Hall at Sauder Village to register with check or credit card payment.
Because the retreats can fill quickly, you have the option to select your top retreat preferences. You will be placed in your preferred retreat based on availability.
If a retreat or workshop of your choice is labeled “sold out,” you may still select the class to be placed on a waiting list, and you will be notified when space becomes available.
In addition to registering online, you may also register by phone, mail, email or fax. Follow this link for a Print Version Registration Form:

Online Registration Takes Place in Two Steps
Step 1: Complete the online registration form. (The automatic email receipt you receive from rughookingweek@saudervillage.org right after registering does NOT complete the process.)
Step 2: You will receive an email confirmation from Deb Ridgway, Special Events Coordinator, within two business days. This email will include two numbers (a booking ID number and a class confirmation number) that you will need if you choose to reserve a guest room at the Sauder Heritage Inn.
Your registration is confirmed once you receive this email.
Lodging
The Sauder Heritage Inn has reserved guest rooms and the Sauder Village Campground have campsites for confirmed Rug Hooking Retreat and Workshop participants. Once you have your confirmation email (described above), you may contact the Sauder Heritage Inn about the availability of a room or campsite. Please make reservations as soon as possible; rooms fill quickly.
Discounted Retreat & Workshop Rates Available to Sauder Village Members
Sauder Village Members receive a special discounted rate for retreats or workshops. If you are not a Sauder Village Member and would like to learn more about membership, follow this link: Sauder Village Membership
Cancellations
Cancellations prior to July 10, 2021 will receive a refund of fees paid minus a 10% processing fee. No refunds given after July 10, 2021. If workshops do not meet the minimum number of students by July 31, 2021, we may be forced to cancel the workshop and all fees will be refunded.
Tips
1) Make sure that the correct membership status is chosen to see the correct price on the form.
2) Please make sure to use your accurate name that matches your credit card in the payment section when registering.
