Fall Weekday Quilt Retreat

What better way to celebrate the cozy season than with a retreat filled with community and creativity.

The fun starts at 10:00 AM on Tuesday October 6 and runs through 3:00 PM on Thursday October 8.

Includes:

• Three days in the gorgeous Sauder Heritage Inn (recently named Ohio’s Unique Property of the Year) to finish your UFO’s!
• 6 foot table for each quilter.
• Cutting and ironing stations.
• NEW! Your retreat now includes five catered meals by Willow Lane Kitchens.  Lunch and dinner on Tuesday and Wednesday and lunch on Thursday.  Lunch served at 12:00 and dinner at 5:30 pm.
• 10% off regular priced merchandise at the Quilt Shop.  AND if you purchase $75 or more, your name will be put in a drawing for Sauder Village gift certificates.

You are responsible for reserving your own hotel room, available at group rates at the Sauder Heritage Inn. To receive this rate, you will need to reference the booking number you will receive after registering. Expanded continental breakfasts are included in your hotel package. For room reservations call the Inn at 419.445.6408.

Cancellation/Refund Policy
All cancellations made prior to thirty (30) days from the start of the retreat shall receive a refund of your registration minus a 10% processing fee.

No refunds will be given after thirty days from the start of the retreat or for no shows. Please note: if you register for a retreat within the thirty-day window and then cancel, you will not receive a refund.

The refund policy is in place to support and honor our staff of our nonprofit who invest time and resources in preparing for classes and events. We understand that extreme circumstances do happen. In the case, please contact us to discuss options.

Minimum Enrollment and Inclement Weather Policy

Sauder Village reserves the right to cancel the retreat if the minimum enrollment has not been met or in case of inclement weather. If this happens, Sauder Village will notify you as soon as we have made that decision and you will be issued a full refund.

Cost is $150 or $135 if you are a Sauder Village member.  Register today!
