Experience the transitional period of autumn during Food Preservation Week in the Historic Village.
Learn about 19th century canning and harvesting practices with activities, historic cooking demonstrations and more.
BUTCHERING DAYS: On Friday and Saturday, our farm staff will focus on the historic butchering practices used to preserve meat ahead of wintertime.
