Nancy Z Parcels

Nancy Zeppelin Parcels began her rug hooking career in 1999 and received McGown accreditation shortly thereafter. While living in Pennsylvania she proudly won the first ever Grand Prize in Fiber Arts at the State Fair for her hand hooked rug – quilts had won for decades. She frequently writes for Rug Hooking Magazine and has had the honor of Judging at fairs and twice she judged Rug Hooking Magazine’s “Celebration”. Her rugs have been chosen for “Celebration” six times and twice she has been the proud recipient of the People’s Choice Award at Sauder Village’s Rug Hooking Week. Nancy enjoys traveling, teaching, and dying her massive stash of recycled wool.
