Let’s Dye without Dye

Nancy Z Parcels
Description
During this evening of dye pot fun, students will use a tie dye technique with silk ties to transform recycled and new wool into one-of-a-kind colors and designs. The instructor will demonstrate how to harmonize the recycled wool and marry new wool into your rug projects for fun and sometimes unpredictable outcomes. As the wools process in the dye pots, Nancy will share several of her rugs that use these dye techniques and materials. There will be ample time for questions and answers.
