Description
Get ready for a weekend of community, creativity and connection during our March Quilters’ Retreat. This is the perfect time to complete your projects and connect with other quilters. The retreat starts at 10 a.m. on Friday and ends at 4 p.m. on Sunday. You may also choose to get a jump-start on the retreat by joining us Thursday evening.
Just look at all we have planned…
- Three days in the gorgeous Sauder Heritage Inn (recently named Ohio’s Unique Property of the Year) to finish your UFO’s!
- 6 foot table for each quilter
- Buffet dinners on Friday and Saturday evenings
- Optional Boxed Lunch on Friday, Saturday and Sunday – only $14 each
- Optional add-on quilting Thursday evening starting at 4:00 pm for $25
- After hours shopping at the Quilt Shop
- Use of pool, hot tub, exercise and game rooms
Bring your quilting friends and let us take care of all the details. Registration fee of $140 for non-members, $126 for members includes: six foot table space with chair, power cords to each table, shared ironing boards, irons, cutting tables and two meals.
Each person must register individually.

You are responsible for reserving your own hotel room, available at group rates at the Sauder Heritage Inn. To receive this rate, you will need to reference the booking number you will receive after registering. Expanded continental breakfasts are included in your hotel package. For room reservations call the Inn at 419.445.6408.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
All cancellations made prior to thirty (30) days from the start of the retreat shall receive a refund of your registration minus a 10% processing fee.
No refunds will be given after thirty days from the start of the retreat or for no shows. Please note: if you register for a retreat within the thirty-day window and then cancel, you will not receive a refund.
The refund policy is in place to support and honor our staff of our nonprofit who invest time and resources in preparing for classes and events. We understand that extreme circumstances do happen. In the case, please contact us to discuss options.
