Description
Experience seasonal life on the farm during Pork to Fork Butchering Days. Learn about historic butchering practices and preservation techniques as we demonstrate the process during this two-day event. Friday features the main cuts and Saturday features the sausage making process. Watch cooking demonstrations in our Grime home and participate in educational activities related to farm life.
