Join us for a morning of inspiration, quilts and fellowship with Debbie Wick and her trunk show treasures!

Debbie Wick has enjoyed embroidery since an early age.  She began quilting in 2006, teaching herself needle-turn applique on a large floral garden quilt.  She entered her completed quilt in her first show at Sauder Village and won a blue ribbon!

Soon thereafter, she started teaching classes and has taught in New York state, Maryland, Virginia and North Carolina where she now lives.

She also was inspired to make some of her own designs and looked forward to seeing them published in Primitive Quilts and Projects magazine.  Along with the Sauder Village Quilt Show, Debbie has exhibited at the Houston and Chicago International Quilt Festivals and the Woodlawn Needlework Show in Alexandria, Virginia.

As her collection of quilts and needlework grew, so has her enthusiasm and passion for sharing them in a trunk show called “Quilts and Needlework with Debbie”.  Through this 90-minute program, you’ll hear about Debbie’s life as a needlework and quilting enthusiast.  You’ll be inspired by her large collection of needlework samplers, needle necessities and many of her own favorite applique and pieced quilts.  She’ll share some of her own unique designs and have some door prizes for participants.

Your ticket to this Trunk Show also includes admission to the 2026 Sauder Village Quilt Show on Saturday, May 2.
