Donation Request

Sauder Village is proud to assist our fellow non-profits annually by providing admission tickets to the Historic Village to assist in fundraising efforts. As a non-profit we understand and value how fundraising events can impact an organization. However, due to the volume of requests received, not all requests can be fulfilled.

  • All submissions must be submitted online using the form below and must include an official donation request letter uploaded to the form
  • Request letter must include name of the organization, date of the fundraiser, purpose and beneficiary or the fundraiser, contact name, contact information (including phone number) and an address to which the donations should be sent. Incomplete requests cannot be fulfilled
  • All organizations will be limited to one request per year
  • Requests must be submitted a minimum of two (2) months prior to the date of the event
  • Requests are reviewed every two weeks 
  • We do not accept follow-up calls or requests by paper, email or phone
  • As a non-profit, we do not provide cash donations or sponsorships
