Inn/Campground

  • When is check-in and check-out at the inn?

    Check-in is at 3:00pm and check-out is at 11:00am.

  • When is check-in and check-out at the campground?

    Check-in is at 2:00pm and check-out is at 12:00pm.

  • What is the cancellation policy for guestrooms/campsites?

    There is no cancellation fee if the reservation is cancelled at least 24 hours before check-in. There is a $50.00 cancellation fee if the reservation is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.

  • How much do you charge for high speed/wifi internet access?

    WiFi is complimentary to all guests.

  • Are there refrigerators in the guestrooms?

    Yes, all guestrooms have refrigerators.

  • Are there microwaves in the guestrooms?

    The only guestroom that has a microwave is Founder’s Suite.  There are microwaves available in public areas of the inn.

  • Do you allow pets in the guestrooms/campground?

    Only service dogs are allowed in the inn. In the campground pets are limited to 3 per site and must be on a short leash when outside.

  • Can campground and non-inn guests purchase breakfast at the inn?

    Yes, you may purchase breakfast at the front desk.  The cost is $7.00 for adults/teens, $4.00 for children ages 7-12 and children 6 and under are free.

  • What are your pool/ hot tub hours?

    The pool and hot tub are open 7:00am-11:00pm Sunday-Thursday and 7:00am-12:00am on Friday and Saturday. From 10:00pm on is for adults only.

  • Are campground guests able to use the pool and hot tub at the inn?

    Yes. Registered guests will receive wristbands for children 17 and under.  These wristbands must be worn in the pool, hot tub and splash pad areas.

  • Are inn guests able to use the splash pad at the campground?

    Yes. Registered guests will receive wristbands for children 17 and under. These wristbands must be worn in the pool, hot tub and splash pad areas.

  • Are guests at the inn/campground allowed to have guests come use the pool/hot tub/ splash pad?

    Registered guests at the inn/campground may purchase at the front desk a maximum of 2 pool passes per site/room at a cost of $5.00 each.
